Born and raised in Indiana, I’ve lived and learned in the vast farmlands of the Midwestern United States. I’m a lover of fine art in every form (taxidermy excepted) and former art teacher.

My goal in life is to break as many of the rules of art and design as humanly possible in the short time left to me. Inspiration comes from everything—and I do mean everything.

If, on pain of death, I was forced to choose one whatsit that inspires me the most, it would be people: the broken and the whole, those barely scraping by mentally or physically—both those who are frantic for contact with God, and those who are shaking their fist in the general direction of heaven. I love them all. Coincidentally, so does God.
